Pre Sales Questions

How much do you charge for delivery? TOP

Super Saver Delivery is free for all orders over £25 including VAT. If your order is under £25.00, we will add a small delivery charge of £2.95. 'Super Saver' deliveries are sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded. Next Day Delivery* is free for all orders over £100. If your order is under £100, we will add a next day delivery charge of £4.95. 'Next Day' deliveries are sent via City Link or UPS.

* Orders must be placed by 16.00 on a working day for Next Day Delivery orders, otherwise your order will be sent on the following working day.

What types of payment do you accept? TOP

We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Delta, Solo, Google Checkout & Paypal.

Do I have to pay VAT? TOP

As Ink World are based in the UK, VAT is chargeable on all orders. All our prices are shown both excluding VAT and including VAT.

Which countries do you deliver to? TOP

At present, Ink World only delivers to the UK.

Your Order

When will my order arrive? TOP

Orders placed before 16.00 are despatched same day via Royal Mail First Class delivery, City Link or UPS, most orders are received the day after ordering. Orders over £100 will be delivered next day or on payment of the Next Day delivery charge.

How do I cancel my order? TOP

Orders can only be cancelled prior to despatch. If you do wish to cancel an order please contact us.

After Sales Questions

I've received the incorrect item, what do I do? TOP

Providing that you have not opened the item, simply return the item to us and we will refund the cost of the item.

The item I've received is faulty, what do I do? TOP

Simply return the item to us and we'll send a replacement to you. All items sold by Ink World are covered by a twelve months guarantee.

I no longer require an item, what do I do? TOP

Providing that you have not opened the item and purchased it from us within 30 days, simply return the item to us and we will refund the cost of the item.

My order is incomplete, what do I do? TOP

Email us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery to let us know.
